Ira's service department is superb. These guys were quick with updates and helped make sure the issue wasb flawlessly resolved. You have a good service but today when I got my car back after being in the shop for couple days getting fixed it was really dirty from inside especially the seats. David was so helpful and able to squeeze me in even though I was running late.
Please give him the credit he deserves for great service! Clean comfortable waiting area. We have bought 4 cars from Ira. Great customer service and attention to details. Costs are reasonable. No hard upsells.
The facility was very clean and freeflowing. Over all it was a great experience. Competent, polite professional and delivered in less time then anticipated! I will be a repeat customer, heck, I already am.
Great service Rest communication- detailed explanation of job completed Service manager was polite and quick to respond to text and email. A little confusion on using Lyft. I am always happy with the service at this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I was given suggestions on the services my car is due for at this time and never pressured into getting everything done at once.
Any issues are brought to my attention and explained and I really appreciate that. Alpesh helped me today and he was great! Never disappointed with IRA Toyota, a pleasure dealing with them. Went there for my car service and a recall Matt took care of us. We were given a free rental instead of waiting the whole day. I definitely recommend IRA. They value their customers.
Nothing but respect! Thank you Matt! I am very pleased with the service department they did a great job. Especially when it had been a long time since I has owned a new car. They were very patient and very accommodating for this first time car buyer and I am so grateful! Long time customer always bought and devices and bought for my relatives good place to shop I have not had a bad day at ira yet and hope it will be that way for years to come.
Preferred their in-house curtesy shuttle to the current use of Lyft drivers-no particular issues with Lyft. Every one I met and talk to was very helpful and happy to assist me. One drawback was the sign off after the work was done. We did the sign off on the side of a car which would have been better sitting at a desk and reviewing the work sheets which was not done. To find out brake lining thicknesses, tire thread depth and the check off of the various items inspected I had to go to your web site after the fact.
Previous work I had done at your shop your personnel would sit down with me and Routine maintenance, at Danvers, MA Toyota. As always the experience was excellent. People were great, wait time wasn't bad about an hour. Everyone I interacted with in the service department was awesome, from the phone call to schedule to the shop itself. They accommodated all of my needs and, knowing that they were a little backed up, a technician took a quick look at my car for a diagnostic in order to save me several hours of waiting.
They were very helpful when I was choosing a car. Also, they provided excellent service by asking what I needed when looking for a car. Overall great experience leasing a brand new car through Ira! Sage was awesome and helpful throughout the whole process. The whole process was timely and efficient, and we were driving off the lot in a brand new car within 2 days! Cust Service rep Steve Mahan was very pleasant, professional and helpful.
Facilities accomodating and pleasant. Promotion pricing was incentive to come now versus later. Great dealer! Excellent service and communication. I love the outside picnic tables and the ability to take a walk while waiting. I will be back after some summer driving. Brought my Rav 4 in for regular service.
It was done quickly and efficiently. The service tech told me what they were going to do. He also told me how long it would take, he was spot on.
Excellent service nice to know that there are people who still take pride in their job Bruce was polite , courteous and helpful Thanks for a Great experience. Very pleased with service, timeliness of the work and transportation to and from my house. Service tech writer was very pleasant and helpful. Always great service. They do quality work in a timely manner. No one looks forward to getting service at the dealership, but Ira makes it easy!
Dealt with Seana, she was friendly, up front, honest, and timely. Would recommend service here to friends, and will be back! Booked online and came in for repairs- the process was super easy on my part. The wait time was pretty significant though I was informed from the start and did agree to it but the service was thorough.
The service people were friendly, seemed honest, and did their best to accommodate me while waiting. Though my visit today did not include a purchase, I bought my car here initially and had a good experience so I included that as well.
We brought it in to multiple shops with no luck. They were able to identify the problem in less than an hour. Car runs fine now. Melvin who was my salesperson was exceptional and friendly. I appreciate his patience and will-highly recommend IRA Toyota. This is the fourth visit to Ira Toyota for my used Highlander that I purchased from a non Toyota dealer but I want to keep my Highlander as genuine as possible as it is a low mileage one owner limited model in excellent condition and I want to keep it that way for many years to come.
This is the first Toyota I ever owned and so far it has been a great experience and would definitely consider another Toyota when the time comes. Ira Toyota offers a great service experience as you are kept informed throughout the service process. Again had my service at IRA. Very attentive , professional and overall good experience. Service was a bit long but expect IRA is dealing with employee shortage as well. Excellent value buying a new car from IRA Toyota, purchase process is smooth, sales persons are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, fast response, professional.
Would buy again from them in the future. Malvin sales guy was great. Sales team was good to work with all good Car I bought was excellent condition w low mileage. First time buyer at IRA Toyota. Robin D. Is the consummate Professional, very informative and patient. The experience was "painless".
The service staff were all courteous and professional. For your help. John from Swampscott Ma. We loved our sales person Robin. She tried to be as honest as possible with us and worked with us to choose the right vehicle. She showed us the features of our new car. Headlight was fixed within an hour. The waiting room was clean and had interesting tv on. Experience was positive. I have only taken my car to Ira in Danvers for service.
It is always well done and quick, and the charges seem fair. Today was quite a bit slower than normal. The service rep told me that because I had had an inspection, it was slower because there were an unusual number of cars being inspected that day. However, I had to track him down rather than his coming to explain it to me. That was a new experience for me at Ira.
Have had my car serviced at Ira Toyota since purchasing it several years ago. The early morning appointment times fit my schedule and I appreciate the clean, quiet, comfortable waiting area. The service reps are courteous and professional. Nate was friendly and kept me informed About what needed to be done.
Thank you Very much! I have always bought my cars from Ira Toyota. What is normally an extremely stressful experience was actually an enjoyable stress free experience. Blake R. They made me feel like I was absolutely the most important person at the dealership while working with me. Whether you are looking for a pre-owned or a brand new vehicle I would highly encourage this to be your first stop. Great service! Was surprised and delighted. Tyler was great and it was terrific to have food there.
Would have liked a separate place to eat though. Took my car in for forty thousand miles service. Fast efficient and very informative. Kept me updated on necessary repairs and progress of repairs. Alex was excellent. Can't beat the service Recommend their service. They even had me driven home while I waited for mycar repair at no charge. Thank you for asking about your Fiat Panda. You should expect to start seeing improvement after approximately miles of driving.
What does black smoke and a burning smell mean? I can see that my front seal is leaking. Seems to burn oil faster at times. Your product did not do anything to help. Burning smell is like rubber burning. Catalytic converter seems hot sometimes. Started burning smell after spark plug change. Been burning oil since I used sea foam in crank case.
Black smoke burning out of the exhaust pipe would indicate fuel burning. A blue smoke would indicate oil burning. Are you noticing a loss of oil? My Kia Rio is burning oil really fast and there is white and black smoke coming out of the tail pipe. My car will shake, the engine ticks, and it will act like its losing power when i take off.
What should i do? Thank you for asking about your Kia Rio. How quickly are you losing oil? I have a Rav4 that burns oil on startup. Even when not driven car is parked for a few months it smokes out on startup. Thank you for asking about your vehicles. Is the smoke coming from out of the exhaust pipe or from underneath the hood?
Hi, my situation is similar to many above. We have a Honda CR-V. No external leaks, and burns about one quart every miles. Simple question s : Does the Blue Devil product help with piston ring issues, or only the valve seals? Second, most products that help with leaks come with a risk of sealing intended pathways. Will Blue Devil clog up small passages that need to stay open? Thank you for a very helpful forum!
Thank you for asking about your Honda CR-V. The product does not harden or thicken in anyway, so it would not clog flow or restrict ports. Did you notice any improvement after changing the piston rings and valve seals? I would love to purchase your product but I know it is only intended for the valve seal issue.
Thanks for your question about your Audi Q5. Once the vehicle is running and warmed up the blue smoke should go away. If oil is leaking past your piston rings either from worn rings or worn cylinders, you may get a little oil smoke when you start it but the most noticeable oil smoke will be one the engine is warmed up and you accelerate quickly from a stop. Worn rings will also usually show low compression numbers.
I am burning one qt. I need help. Thank you for asking about your Audi Q5. If the piston rings are bad, it would be considered more of an extreme issue, and would require taking the vehicle to a mechanic for repair. I just bought a Kia Sedona with , miles for cash because my Toyota Camry was totaled.
There is no leak and no blue smoke, or smoke of any kind for that matter. Any ideas? Thanks for your questions about your Kia Sedona. If that was the case the smell should only last for miles or so. If you have a continuing burning smell then most likely you have a slow oil leak onto a hot exhaust component. The most common place this happens is from the valve cover gaskets.
If you have a V6 engine in your Sedona, it could also be a leaking oil pan gasket. Thank you for asking about your Kia Sedona. Is your car burning oil through the exhaust pipe or are you seeing smoke coming from underneath the hood of the vehicle?
Get a UV dye product made for Oil and put it in the oil. Then drive it for a couple days you can then use a uv light or black light to see if your car is leaking oil easily. The UV dye does not burn up either so you will be able to tell where its leaking from for sure.
Then depending on what is leaking use the right blue devil product to fix the issue. This dye does not damage the oil or the car in anyway many oil companies put uv dye in there oil to help people see where oil is leaking from now aswell. I top up with about a quart every to miles.
I have not noticed any smoke but my tail pipe has sooth. My gas millage is a bit off too. However car is running fine. You will start to notice results after miles of driving. I have a Dodge Grand Caravan. No blue smoke orl leakage. Where could it be going? Thank you for asking about your Dodge Grand Caravan. Unfortunately, it would be fairly difficult to pinpoint where the loss of oil is coming from.
It may be best to take the vehicle in for a proper diagnosis. I have Toyota Prado , it is consuming oil only on long drives like if the drive exceeds 4 to 5 hours.
What could be the possible reason for that. Thank you for asking about your Toyota Prado. Are you seeing any smoke from out of the tail pipe or underneath the hood? About how much oil is it consuming? Good morning. I have a honda fit and i have to pour in a little oil like every week. Thank you for asking about your Honda Fit. The white smoke from the exhaust and the loss of oil may or may not be related. Is the vehicle overheating at all?
If I were to use your product. How long would the temporary fix Approximately last for? And if it were to fail, would you suggest using again for a minor leak on top of previous application or should replacement parts be considered?
The product creates a permanent seal. We have had customers contact us 3 — 4 years after using the product without having to do any mechanical repair. If you are dealing with a minor leak then you should not have any problem in sealing the leak. I recently had blue devil put on the main seal to help stop the oil leak, but now while I was driving it there was smoke coming from my exhaust pipe.
Is my car burning off oil that was leaking or is this a common thing from using blue devil after application. Are you able to decipher the color of smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe? If smoke is coming out of the exhaust pipe, it would indicate an internal leak. Good day, I av Honda bulldog that oil sprinkling out to the body of the engine and also smoke which causes oil shortage and the coolant remain the same.
Any help? Thank you for asking about your Honda. The product is also available at your local AutoZone. Hi Hyundai Elantra Getting blue smoke from exhaust when I start the car in morning. I checked the exhaust and burned oil black oil is there in exhaust pipe. Checked with local mechanic and one said engine is worn out. Many thanks! Thank you for asking about your Hyundai Elantra. The product works by revitalizing worn and damaged seals and will help to stop the blue smoke coming out of the exhaust.
Results will be noticeable after miles of driving. Robert your motor has major wear damage. It is time for rebuild or replace.. My car is consuming oil by the day and no smoking rides and drive normal.
I made a mistake of not keeping up with my anti freeze and my car was mis firing and mechanic did a valve adjustment and later that day misfire comes back the whole time it was because no anti freeze now my car is consuming oil by the day no oil on ground but my car runs normal until all the oil is gone misfire where is the oil going? Have you had the antifreeze issue diagnosed? I have Fiat grande punto 90hp diesel model.
There is a lot of burning smell, blue , grey smoke also. I have to put 1 litre oil after every km. My mechanic told that it seems to be turbocharger problem. Can you suggest anything. Unfortunately, we do not manufacture a product intended to seal a leaking turbo. Thank you for asking about your Toyota Altezza. Is the smoke coming from the tail pipe or from underneath the hood? Is it more of a blue smoke? Synthetic Power Steering Fluid.

One recommendation is to use an oil with a higher operating temperature viscosity. However, it is of utmost importance to determine if the heavier oil meets the requirements of the engine manufacturer.
Low-quality engine oil can seriously damage the engine and its components. For instance, they have a low-quality system of additives like anti-wear additives and detergents. Inevitably, this leads to serious consequences that are sometimes impossible to reverse. For instance, low-quality oils degrade more quickly at high operating temperatures. When viscosity fails, the oil film thickness reduces causing friction and wear to increase.
As a result, oil oxidation occurs causing further deterioration. Directly connected with the previous reason for engine oil burning, we have the degradation or wear-out of piston rings. Piston rings have the function of sealing the combustion side of the piston to ensure all the energy pushes down the piston and does not escape and reach the crankcase. When operating temperature becomes too high, the low-quality oil begins to decompose, burn, and create carbon deposits on the piston rings.
If this happens, the compression and especially the oil control rings fail to do their role.
